Yes. Weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks. Recurring customers save up to 15% on every visit: weekly 15%, every 2 weeks 10%, every 3 to 4 weeks 5%. Discounts cannot be combined, so you always get the best applicable discount. There is no monthly or every-30-days option.

Cancel or reschedule free with 24 or more hours notice, just call or text (832) 281-4366. Inside 24 hours a short-notice fee may apply, and a no-show or lockout can be charged up to the full service total, because the team has already been dispatched.

Pet-friendly homes are welcome. A pet fee of about $15 applies so we bring the right care and supplies. Please have pets secured before arrival.

The Nova 24-Hour Re-Clean Promise. If you are not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean that area free of charge. It covers re-cleaning the affected area, not a cash refund of a completed service.

Someone home, a working gate or door code, a lockbox, or a key arrangement. Gates unlocked, parking available and pets secured. Working electricity, running water and reasonable climate control need to be available for us to do the job properly.

Yes, and we would rather say so up front. We do not do junk hauling, repairs, painting, pest control, mold remediation, hoarding remediation, appliance installation or repair, or any biohazard work including bodily fluids, sewage, sharps or trauma scenes.
