What we collect
When you request a quote or book a cleaning we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and any details you choose to give us about the job. When you use the estimator on this site, your selections stay in your browser unless you submit them with a quote request.
How we use it
To quote your job, schedule it, contact you about it, and follow up afterwards. We use your phone number to text your quote and booking updates. We do not sell or share your personal information.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to deliver your service, which may include team members and subcontractors supporting service delivery, and the scheduling and messaging tools we use to run the business. They are not permitted to use your information for anything else.
Text messages
Consent to receive texts is separate and optional, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP. Full detail is in our SMS and Text Messaging Policy.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@texasnovacleaning.com. We keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what it needs to function and to understand how pages perform in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
