Scope
This agreement covers residential and specialty cleaning services provided by Texas Nova Cleaning in Houston, Texas and surrounding communities. The specific services purchased are the ones listed on your quote.
Estimates versus final price
Estimates, including any produced by the estimator on this website, are estimates only. The final price reflects the actual size, condition and scope of the job. Any change is presented to you before work begins.
Your responsibilities
Provide access as described in our Terms. Secure pets. Tell us in advance about fragile, antique or high-value items, and about any surfaces requiring special handling, particularly natural stone, delicate fabrics and unsealed wood.
Results we cannot guarantee
No honest company can guarantee removal of every stain or odor. Set-in staining, dye damage, etching on natural stone and urine that has reached the pad or subfloor may not be reversible. We assess and tell you what is realistic before starting.
Damage
Report any damage as soon as you notice it, and in any event within 14 days of service. Where damage results from our negligence, we will repair, replace or reimburse the affected item at its fair replacement value.
Work excluded
We do not perform junk hauling and removal, repairs, painting, carpet shampooing as part of a house cleaning, pest control, mold remediation, hoarding remediation, or appliance installation, removal and repair. We also do not handle biohazards. That includes blood and bodily fluids, vomit, needles and sharps, sewage, crime and trauma scenes, and animal waste beyond routine toilet cleaning and litter box changes agreed in advance.
Non-solicitation
Please do not hire our cleaners directly during your service with us or for 12 months afterward. It is how small cleaning businesses lose the teams they have trained, and it puts your own ongoing service at risk. Call us first if you want to discuss it.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
