When deep is not enough
Heavy duty is for homes with real buildup: a rental that went a year between tenants, a home after an extended illness or a family emergency, a house with several pets and heavy shedding, or a property that has simply not been touched professionally in a very long time. If a deep clean would run out of hours before it ran out of work, this is the tier.
What it adds
Everything in a deep cleaning plus extra time, heavy buildup removal, extra bathroom and kitchen scrubbing, pet hair removal, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures, doors and door frames, interior wall spot cleaning, and extra attention to floors, corners and edges.
What we do not take on
We do not do hoarding remediation and we do not do junk removal. We also do not handle biohazards, mold remediation or pest control. Those are separate trades with separate licensing, and hiring a cleaning company for them is a bad outcome for everyone.
Why we ask for photos
On heavy duty jobs, condition drives the price far more than square footage. Photos let us quote it accurately once, instead of arriving and revising. If the size, condition or scope turns out different from what was described, we present a revised estimate before starting, and no additional work is ever done without your approval.
What to expect on the day
It takes longer than a deep clean, sometimes substantially. Arrival is between 8:30 and 9:30 AM, and on bigger jobs we tell you up front whether it is a single-day job or needs a second visit. Nobody benefits from a crew rushing the last two rooms.
What happens after
Most heavy duty customers move to recurring service afterward, because the whole point of the reset is not doing it again. Once a home is back to baseline, biweekly standard visits hold it there for a fraction of what the reset cost.
